What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality features for our FinTech platform.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, ensuring a robust and scalable backend.
  • Take ownership of projects, from ideation to production, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Embrace a “shift-left” mentality, proactively addressing product, data, security, and operational considerations.
  • Be a problem-solver, contributing to the team’s success by delivering value to our customers.
  • Lead technical discussions, drive architectural decisions, and champion best practices for software development within the team.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers and leading code reviews.
  • A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including code versioning, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment, collaborating on shared goals and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic FinTech environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in the FinTech industry.

We also utilize AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, and CDK, along with Redis and more.
