Recently, Lina Kraičynska, our new KYC & Onboarding Officer, had her turn. Here’s what she shared about the experience:
“It was a nice experience for me. What I appreciate at Vialet is the flat organizational setup. Even board members are present in the office—you can simply talk to them. With Mantas, we just talked informally: my first impressions, the opportunities and challenges I see, how he can support my transition and team goals. The key message I walked away with was that I’m empowered to take charge and lead my team with full support. I feel valued and needed. It’s a good feeling.”
Lina’s journey started in Cyprus back in 2014 in the finance sector. After a few exciting years and shifting priorities toward family and better work-life balance, she returned to Vilnius. Since then, she’s built an impressive track record across finance institutions and fintech companies.
We’re proud she chose Vialet as her next step—and we can’t wait to see how she’ll lead and grow our KYC team.
