Celebrating Five Years of Bold Ideas

We are proud to be part of Unicorns Lithuania‘s 5th birthday celebration — an evening honouring the community that has reshaped how Lithuania thinks about technology, ambition and economic growth. Since its founding in 2021, Unicorns Lithuania has grown into the country’s leading startup association, uniting over 130 tech companies and representing more than half of the sector’s workforce. As a member of this movement, VIALET shares its mission: to make Lithuania the best place in the world for unicorns to grow.

What Unicorns Lithuania Means for Lithuania

Unicorns Lithuania was built on a simple but powerful conviction — that a small country can punch well above its weight when its best companies work together. The association mobilises startups, tech leaders and the broader public to build a high value-added economy, with a strategic goal of making the technology sector Lithuania’s number one driver of economic growth by 2030. From educational initiatives like the National IT Exam to advocacy that shapes national policy, the movement has helped grow Lithuania’s startup ecosystem sevenfold in value since 2018, to an estimated €13.7 billion.
