Why VIALET?
Impact: Your content reaches business clients across Europe and represents VIALET at international fintech conferences.
Growth: Be part of a rapidly expanding company with ambitious goals.
Expertise: Work alongside a talented Brand & Communications team in a collaborative environment.
Ownership: Own your channels end to end and see the real impact of your work – from idea to publication to performance.
What you’ll do
Plan and run periodic client communications: newsletters, product updates, campaign announcements and service notices.
Own the blog calendar against SEO and GEO targets. Run topic selection, briefs, expert interviews, publication and performance tracking.
Coordinate short video production (30 to 50 per year). Write briefs, schedule shoots, direct internal contributors, manage external production and edit approvals.
Produce employer branding content: team stories, recruitment campaigns, culture and behind-the-scenes formats across LinkedIn, Instagram and the channels.
Brief and manage external suppliers: designers, videographers, photographers and print partners. Track budgets and deadlines.
Apply the VIALET brand system across every asset. Keep visual and verbal consistency on website, email, social and print.
Route regulated content through compliance review and rework drafts based on feedback.
Maintain company profiles on external platforms: Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Rekvizitai and others. Keep information current and draft responses to reviews.
Run VIALET’s own ecosystem events: meetups, panels and networking evenings, including agendas, presentations and materials.
Track channel performance and competitor communications. Report monthly on reach, engagement, search visibility and pipeline contribution.
What you’ll bring
4+ years of experience in content, communications or marketing, with hands-on project ownership.
Higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or equivalent professional experience.
Native or near-native written English. You will write client-facing copy in English every day, and your writing is the standard for our external voice.

Comfortable briefing and managing external suppliers.
Confident using AI tools for research, drafting and production.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with colleagues and partners alike.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to #do.it.right.
