A New Legal Name for a Brand You Already Know

We made a change to our legal name. As of 18 August 2026, UAB “Via Payments” is now UAB “Vialet”, registered under this name in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

Why we changed our name

Our brand has been VIALET for some time. Our legal name still read UAB “Via Payments”. This gap created confusion in contracts, invoices and correspondence. We closed it. Our legal name now matches the name our clients and partners already use.
