What you’ll do

  • Plan and run periodic client communications: newsletters, product updates, campaign announcements and service notices.

  • Own the blog calendar against SEO and GEO targets. Run topic selection, briefs, expert interviews, publication and performance tracking.

  • Coordinate short video production (30 to 50 per year). Write briefs, schedule shoots, direct internal contributors, manage external production and edit approvals.

  • Produce employer branding content: team stories, recruitment campaigns, culture and behind-the-scenes formats across LinkedIn, Instagram and the channels.

  • Brief and manage external suppliers: designers, videographers, photographers and print partners. Track budgets and deadlines.

  • Apply the VIALET brand system across every asset. Keep visual and verbal consistency on website, email, social and print.

  • Route regulated content through compliance review and rework drafts based on feedback.

  • Maintain company profiles on external platforms: Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Rekvizitai and others. Keep information current and draft responses to reviews.

  • Run VIALET’s own ecosystem events: meetups, panels and networking evenings, including agendas, presentations and materials.

  • Track channel performance and competitor communications. Report monthly on reach, engagement, search visibility and pipeline contribution.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in content, communications or marketing, with hands-on project ownership.

  • Higher education in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Native or near-native written English. You will write client-facing copy in English every day, and your writing is the standard for our external voice.

  • A portfolio of published work: articles, social campaigns, video or events.

  • Skilled at running several projects with different deadlines at once.

  • Practical experience with LinkedIn and Instagram as business channels, including analytics.

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page structure, Search Console.

  • Comfortable briefing and managing external suppliers.

  • Confident using AI tools for research, drafting and production.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with colleagues and partners alike.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the fintech or payments industry is a plus.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to #do.it.right.

You will work across the full VIALET content stack: the vialet.eu blog and website, LinkedIn, Instagram, client newsletters, short-form video, and live events, from our own meetups in Vilnius to international conferences. Design, video and print are produced with trusted external partners, so you brief and direct rather than execute alone.
